Senior Recruiter

Replicon is searching for a Lead Recruiter who has experience in closing senior Sales, Sales Engineers and Technical requirements to our us in our Bay Area office. We are looking for someone who can understand our business, our requirements and our company culture to build a quality pipeline of candidates for our Hiring Managers located in our Canada and US offices. Working closely with these Hiring Managers, you will be responsible for managing the complete end to end recruitment process where the majority of the requirements will be for our team expansion in the US. * Fully understand requirements and the ideal profiles by working directly with the Hiring Managers * Develop and execute sourcing plans for all assigned requisitions to deliver a quality pipeline to the Hiring Managers * Manage the recruitment process end to end in a timely manner; work collaboratively with Hiring Manager to get feedback on candidates, while maintaining a professional experience with all of the candidates * Persistently create your network to communicate and create excitement about Replicon and the opportunities available * Keep all candidate files up-to-date in applicant tracking software

* Degree or diploma in HR, Business or related field * 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Sales recruitment (variety of Sales positions, preferably for a high tech/SaaS environment) * Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills * Resourceful, driven individual, able to handle multiple requirements * Able to manage multiple priorities; flexible to handling shifting priorities when situations arise
