Summary

Reporting directly to the VP, Brand & PR, you will be working with all key internal stakeholders – including sales, product, marketing, engineering and customer advocacy teams – to drive the next phase of Replicon’s communications strategy.
Responsibilities
* Ability to strategize with Replicon stakeholders to craft creative and compelling PR campaigns * Create out-of-the-box proactive pitches and find opportunities to insert Replicon into the news cycle * Establish and maintain relationships with key Replicon influencers across business, technology and trade outlets * Develop a “rolling thunder” of PR content - press releases, proactive media pitches, award nominations, speaking submissions and other materials * Spearhead media, analyst and influencer outreach, and pre-brief Replicon spokespeople * Deliver presentations and provide updates on PR activities to internal stakeholders * Identify and spearhead new approaches to increase Replicon’s brand awareness and thought leadership * Measure and report campaign results with recommended actions
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of public relations experience with an emphasis on enterprise technology * Knowledge of SaaS/cloud computing, HR and workforce management software ideal, but not essential * Experience communicating across multiple platforms (digital, social, traditional); knowledgeable in best practices for maximizing content * Proven storyteller with strong narrative instincts * Experience managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders * Proven record of delivering out-of-the-box, measurable PR results * A degree in public relations, communications or journalism
