Summary
Under general direction of IT leaderhship, this position is responsible to provide assistance on assigned projects, facilitate process, coordinate projects, and bring projects to successful completion on time. This position shall support the IT organization on various programs to assist in improving customer delivery for projects. This position will participate in process change teams to redesign and implement improvements to support Renown strategies towards government regulatory programs, Population Health and Accountable Healthcare. This position researches and develops plans for assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
* The incumbent must be able to function independently as well as be able to assist a lead a team of people in planning, organizing and completing a number of tasks that must be accomplished by a specific date. * The incumbent must be able to maintain positive relationships with all involved parties and work cooperatively with other departments to achieve project goals. High standards of professionalism and performance are essential. * The incumbent must be able to multi-task and take general directions from members of the IT leadership team. * This position has contact with department heads, directors, managers, supervisors and staff to discuss projects, which impact their areas. Ideal Candidate
**Education:** * Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare administration is preferred **License(s):** * None **Certification(s):** * None **Computer / Typing:** * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
