Remix supports the entire planning process -- from temporary detours and regular service changes to complete system redesigns and coordinated community outreach.
Summary
We’re looking for someone to lead our end-to-end customer acquisition, retention and upsell programs. Essentially, you’ll work closely with the growth and customer success team on strategies and programs that help lead customers through their journey with Remix.
Responsibilities
* Accelerate the pre-sales and post-sales funnel through a variety of traditional and modern marketing channels * Work very closely with the growth and customer success teams to build and execute scalable marketing programs for both customer acquisition, nurture and upsell * Speak with prospects and customers to help them through their transit-technology buying journey * Leverage Hubspot as the single source of truth and campaign tracking and reporting
