Remix is the first planning platform for public transit, helping planners from 200+ agencies worldwide to design transit networks quickly, confidently, and clearly. Remix supports the entire planning process -- from temporary detours and regular service changes to complete system redesigns and coordinated community outreach.
Summary
We’re looking for someone to lead the Remix community engagement programs. You’ll develop and run the strategy to engage with the transit planning community in ways that encourage the sharing of transit planning best practices. You’ll help connect transit planners to knowledge at scale.
Responsibilities
* You will work with the customer success team and the marketing team to develop best practices that help other transit planners be successful with their projects * Develop thought leadership and best practices and share with the community via blogs, webinars, events and other 1 to many channels * You work with industry thought leaders to drive the agenda and put together content and sessions at community events like the Remix conference, Remix regional workshops, and Remix webinars * Act as an advocate for Remix to the transit planning community. And act as an advocate of the users back to Remix. You will mold and moderate the ways that connect Remix users to each other and to future users.
Ideal Candidate
* You are a transit planner who loves to figure out best practices from the user community and who loves to communicate those best practices to the right people at the right time with the right channels. * You think deeply- you have the ability to identify important strategic initiatives at transit agencies, connect the dots to share with other agencies who might be interested or need to hear the stories * You like to share and discuss new ideas. You are good at presenting and writing. You love sharing best practices, cool uses of Remix and other new technologies. * You have a passion for creating programs to engage and reward the user community. You are good at connecting planners to other planners, and connecting planners to transit best practices.
