* Organizing and creating weekly payment runs * Working with multiple banking platforms to prepare transmission of payments * Processing employee expense reports * Actively obtaining approvals and posting information from department managers as needed * Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, payments and other questions that arise * Creating and maintaining vendor and employee information across multiple software platforms * Working under tight deadlines to meet department reporting needs

* Bachelor’s degree or higher * Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred * Attention to detail * Highly organized
