• Organizing and creating weekly payment runs
• Working with multiple banking platforms to prepare transmission of payments
• Processing employee expense reports
• Actively obtaining approvals and posting information from department managers as needed
• Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, payments and other questions that arise
• Creating and maintaining vendor and employee information across multiple software platforms
• Working under tight deadlines to meet department reporting needs

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Highly organized
