Summary

Industry leader, Related, is seeking Affordable Housing Coordinators for our newest acquisition in San Francisco, California, a 203 unit development.

Responsibilities

The Affordable Housing Coordinators will be responsible for qualifying current residents for the LIHTC program, processing annual resident re-certifications and applications for housing.

This will include assembling, reviewing and processing information regarding each household and preparing certifications.

The Coordinators will also prepare leases at renewal and conduct lease presentations for new move-ins.

Ideal Candidate
  • Working knowledge of state and federal affordable housing programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excel proficiency is required.
  • Outstanding worth ethic, detail oriented with superior communication skills.
  • Must love a fast paced challenging environment.
