MicroStrategy ETL Developer

* The gathering and interpretation of Brand Management business requirements * Partnering with our IT teams for the technical implementation and rollout of MicroStrategy reports * The delivery and interpretation of insights for immediate and future campaign optimizations * Understanding the Reebok business goals and the role that Brand Management plays within that * Supporting the Brand Management Team in defining strategies to support the overall Reebok business goals. * Leading the brand management team to identify KPIs to track the strategy progress * Build, support and operate the MicroStrategy reports needed to track the strategy progress * Partner with the web and social analytics team to produce combined reports for data that cannot be retrieved from MicroStrategy. * Interpret the reports and provide immediate and long term recommendations for marketing changes to improve the KPIs. * Partner with our Global IT team on long-term projects for ensuring data availability through MicroStrategy. * Loading off offline data into the Reebok Global Consumer Database. * Extraction of consumer data from the Reebok Global Consumer Database. * Consumer Segmentation in MicroStrategy

* Degree in IT, Business IT or a related field preferable * 5+ years of relevant work experience in a digital department, agency or similar environment * Understanding of digital technologies/methodologies * Ability to critically review functional documentation and project plans to a detailed level * Project management experience– including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget * Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Adobe Campaign, ETL Tools like Pentaho, PL/SQL, Visio Studio, Eclipse * Experience in a multi-country digital deployment preferred
