Senior Developer

RedOwl Analytics was founded in 2012 to build software products that enable more powerful, comprehensive, and cost-effective ways for organizations to mitigate their internal employee risk -- from faster internal investigations to radically improved compliance and monitoring capabilities.

- Write exemplary code; - Display an understanding of our system as a whole; - Contribute to the quality of the platform while holding others to a high standard during code reviews, design meetings, and deliverables; - Serve as a mentor to, and learn from, other RedOwl developers; - Contribute to the broader technical community via open source projects, writing, or presenting; and - Identify and suggest new technologies that may make sense for our platform.

- You’re comfortable working with modern web frameworks; - You have good fundamental knowledge of web apps; - You enjoy learning new things; - You enjoy doing full stack development; - You’re conversant in several languages, including Java, JS, Python, and Bash, and you love shipping software.
