RedOwl Analytics was founded in 2012 to build software products that enable more powerful, comprehensive, and cost-effective ways for organizations to mitigate their internal employee risk -- from faster internal investigations to radically improved compliance and monitoring capabilities.

• Write exemplary code;
• Display an understanding of our system as a whole;
• Contribute to the quality of the platform while holding others to a high standard during code reviews, design meetings, and deliverables;
• Serve as a mentor to, and learn from, other RedOwl developers;
• Contribute to the broader technical community via open source projects, writing, or presenting; and
• Identify and suggest new technologies that may make sense for our platform.

• You’re comfortable working with modern web frameworks;
• You have good fundamental knowledge of web apps;
• You enjoy learning new things;
• You enjoy doing full stack development;
• You’re conversant in several languages, including Java, JS, Python, and Bash, and you love shipping software.
