We're looking for a passionate and talented person to help our Product Support team provide exceptional customer support for Redgate tools. We need a customer service master – someone who feels our customers' pain and always goes that extra mile to get them out of a jam.
Working alongside our team of talented and experienced engineers, you'll provide first line support to our customers via phone, email and livechat. You’ll be required to manage all incoming requests to the support team, solving them where possible and routing them to the relevant member of the team where appropriate.

- Experience working on a help desk or support center environment
- Previous experience providing phone support
- Experience in a customer service role
- 4-year college Degree (technical, math and science majors a plus, but not required)
