We are looking for amazing software engineer in test to guarantee that we have the best home buying & selling experience in the world. As a senior member of Redfin's Search testing team, your job is to build, design and deploy highly reliable testing tools and infrastructure. It's an opportunity to mentor a highly technical team of talented engineers in test. You will architect and launch tools that measure anything from functionality, backend and front end performance to infrastructure for iOS and Android app testing. You'll personally impact Redfin's core business by making its search more efficient, fast, reliable and iterative.

• You are at the top of your profession and can test large, complex consumer facing websites and mobile applications that need to scale to millions of users.
• You have a passion for testing and have proven experience leading a test team
• You have mad coding skills and can churn out amazing tools and libraries.
• You can keep up with the other engineers at Redfin, who built the tools that deploy and monitor our production environment.
• You want to strive to increase developer productivity by solving hard problems and researching new tools/libraries.
• Good web performance gives you pleasure.
• You have obsessive attention to detail.
