Summary
As Director of Print Innovation and Production you lead the work to define, launch and drive the implementation of strategic product initiatives that support the corporate objectives and will manage the team responsible for the production of major direct mail products. These products enable our clients reach unique marketing channels by changing the way movers and advertisers interact with U.S. Postal Service change of address process. This is a highly collaborative and visible role which plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our strategic product portfolio development and implementation. You will be expected to understand and implement a variety of print and fulfillment platforms required by our current products. This role requires an intense attention to detail for production of the current products as well as an ability to lead a team to evolve the products to provide more value to clients and movers.
Responsibilities
* Drive a complex print production process with expectations to continually optimize * Define and execute a product innovation strategy with support from production team * Responsible for strategic vendor relationship management. Oversee all changes in process with vendors and USPS partner * Project planning and oversite for deployment of new product development * Develop and execute RFPs as required * Work in partnership with legal team to develop vendor contracts * Develop and communicate product pricing to Client Services team * Own the purchase order process for acquisition of print, paper and production requirements as well as approval of vendor invoices.
