Inside Sales Manager

That’s right, we make software and websites (and other cool services) for those physical buildings of units you store extra belongings in. Red Nova Labs is seeking a sales professional interested in managing a team of business development representatives. This person will be responsible for identifying ways to increase sales and improve process efficiencies to grow our storEDGE technology platform (storEDGE.com) and market share. Additionally, this person will need to train, support, and develop our business development representatives. This individual will work on and with a team of hungry sales reps who are responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle - prospecting, giving demos, and closing sales.

* Work with the sales team day-to- day to monitor and improve sales process, pitches, demos, and pipeline management * Manage and maintain SalesForce and data integrity * Provide sales data/reports to management * Identify and implement strategy based on current and future employee skills and best fit * Provide ongoing sales training and mentoring * Hire, train, and mentor sales team * Become an expert on storEDGE products

* 3+ years of knowledge and experience in successful inside sales (management is a plus) * Solid understanding of SalesForce use and admin * A creative, intelligent mind with the ability to think strategically and deliver results * A friendly, confident, and lively persona able to communicate personality and establish rapport * A positive team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * An individual contributor with the ability to mold a team as business requires​ * Desire to be excellent
