Technical Project Manager/ScrumMaster

• Lead one or more agile development projects from a technical perspective
• Ensure RBM’s software development process is followed on all projects
• Motivate and support project team members. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge to do their job and that all blocking issues are resolved quickly
• Create self-organizing agile teams. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
• Take ownership of user stories supplied by the product owner, refine user stories for development consumption, and maintain an accurate backlog
• Act as moderator for sprint planning, daily standups, sprint showcases and refactoring/reflection sessions
• Communicate project status to all internal stakeholders and continuously refine/improve metrics by working with the team

• 2+ years technical management experience on software projects
• 3+ years software development experience
• Experience in a client facing role preferred
• Proven experience as a scrum master on several successful software development projects involving multiple developers
• Clear understanding of agile software development methodologies and key best practices
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others in a professional manner
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
• A good sense of humor and a passion for technology
