Risk Management Analyst

This is a full-time position within a risk management group supporting various structured finance transactions originated by RBC Capital Markets (RBC’s investment bank).The role is part of a team that provides oversight to the various transactions and will work extensively with groups internal and external to the bank, including accounting, legal counsel, compliance, tax and various third party vendors.

- Work with internal and external groups to help ensure transaction execution and operations are completed in compliance with internal policies and procedures, legal document requirements and external regulations. - Assist with data analysis and preparation of reporting in response to internal and external adhoc data inquiries. - Maintain various transaction and entity data recorded in RBC systems, ensuring timely reconciliation and correction of any errors. - Prepare recurring reports for internal and external constituents - Assist with maintenance and preservation of legal documents and other books or records for supported products, businesses and entities.
