Marketing Communications Specialist 1. This individual works closely with and provides support to the Radiation Oncology (RO) Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Manager and Business Management Team. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.

• Installed base management for RO classic: keep database up to date regarding End of Support, replacement by other vendors or de-installation.
• Sales support for AELU and MELU upgrades: create configurations & quotes in cooperation with the Product Specialist Executive team. Help Local Sales Reps to process corresponding orders.
• Develop and manage specific tactical MarCom campaign components including printed collateral, online, advertising, and trade shows.
• Develop content and communications tactics that are compelling, competitive, and aligned with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications.
