Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator you will be a key contributor to attracting the best and brightest talent to the organization and providing the talent and our hiring managers a world class experience. This position is perfect for an entry level candidate looking to get into the field of Human Resources.

- Schedule interviews in a high volume, fast paced environment - Interface with internal stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) to coordinate on site interview logistics - Send general correspondence to candidates and provide support as needed (i.e. book travel) - Responsible for the interview day experience ensuring handoffs are smooth and needs are met - Opening new requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Process improvements that can enhance efficiencies and improve the selection experience - Other HR-related projects

- BA/BS Required - Previous work experience - Experience working on a team - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail - High regard for discretion and confidentiality - Proficient with MS Office applications including Outlook Calendar, Excel and Word. - Ability to organize work, establish priorities and flex as necessary - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service orientation and a maturity to comfortably interact with all levels of staff and candidates - Prior experience working with an ATS or comfortable working with new technology
