Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a fun and healthy social strategy to grow social following and increase overall brand awareness around Rally, health and wellness and other brand initiatives - Manage day-to-day conversations on all key social media channels - Manage the editorial calendar and all online content including the drafting and editing of posts - Share the Rally story to grow engagement, reach, and impact through campaigns and community management - Develop and own a pro-active social media roadmap including social campaigns and content promotions through both organic and paid channels - Craft creative social campaigns that engage Rally followers and gain interest from consumers new to the brand - Analyze social media metrics to better inform overall strategy/plan - Support of key company launches, announcements and initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience at advertising, public relations, or marketing agencies and/or experience managing social channels for a brand - An eye for detail and quick on your feet - Awesome copywriting skills, and appreciation of visual design - Positive and collaborative outlook – be ready to jump into anything and everything - Fluent in social media analytics and measurement - Track record in turning creative ideas into successful social media implementations - Strong communication skills - A true passion for social media that is inherent in day-to-day interactions and activities - College degree in a related field - Ability to run hard in a fast-paced startup environment - Active personal profiles on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms is preferred, but not required - Experience with paid media a plus
