Adjuster - Property - Marketing

The marketing areas we service are in Bergen, Essex, Passaic and a portion of Morris County. Proprietary software enables easy and efficient documentation and tracking of clients. Position will require use of a personal vehicle, a company vehicle can be provided based on performance. Our well established and respected team along with the North Jersey market will provide excellent growth capabilities.

• Knowledge of the restoration industry and the service capabilities.
• Maintain and build existing relationships. Ability to develop and grow new key marketing segments.
• Keep up to date record in CRM software and provide reports during weekly meetings.
• Follow up calls to all projects that were completed.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, sales meetings, organizations, trainings and events.
• Conduct presentations to sales prospects.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals.
• Requirements

• Property claims experience preferred.
• 2 Years in Field Sales or Customer Service preferred
• 2 year College Degree preferred
• Strong internal client focus and relationship building skills
• A High personal drive, strong sense of urgency and ability to connect with people and build rapport easily.
• Must have ability to identify customer issues and needs and offer solutions by presenting features, advantages, and benefits.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills- Xactimate a plus. Necessary to utilize existing CRM software to manage clients and track metrics.
• Outgoing and upbeat personality. Required to speak in front of large groups, public speaking.
• Strong time management and organization skills, along with ability to multi-task.
