- Creation of sketches, wireframes, and user-flow diagrams based on project goals - Design elegant User Interfaces that execute on UX requirements - Follow brand identity guidelines in product designs - Explore and incorporate new and emerging design trends - Analyze user behavior and recommend suggestions to the product experience - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists - Deliver on polished designs with usable project assets

- Intuitive ability to create amazing user experiences - Understanding of best-practices in UI/UX design - Obsessive attention to detail - Ablility to analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows - Ability to effectively communicate with other team members - Ability to brainstorm, sketch, wireframe, and prototype product designs - Portfolio of past work showcasing job requirements - Experience with visual prototyping tools such as InVision - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
