Summary
The Recruiting Marketing Strategist uses knowledge and benchmarking information to develop and execute the roadmap for recruiting initiatives. We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically and creatively and can provide cutting-edge strategies and tactics to grow our talent acquisition efficacy.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic recruiting initatives (job board relationships, sourcing, social media sourcing and employment brand presence) * Monitor, interpret and benchmark current talent aquisition trends * Track and evaluate recruiting strategies to maximize effectiveness and improve overall ROI * Collaborate with communication channels on integrated media plans to achieve set goals * Create and execute marketing strategies related to recruiting and internal initiatives that are in line with organizational brand standard * Use quantitative (marketing analytics) and qualitative (usability/survey) insights to identify areas for improvement and measure conversion metrics for specific candidate sources * Develop and implement integrated, cross-channel marketing plans in order to increase employment brand awareness * Collaborate with other internal teams to conceive, develop and execute projects that will support talent aquisition * Monitor overall program results and present results to leadership
Ideal Candidate
* Five years of project/program management with specific experience in successfully developing and managing recuiting initiatives * Hands-on, professional experience with cross-channel recruiting strategy, planning and execution * Excellent presentation experience, strong communication and amazing interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization * Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and prioritize their own work * Proven teamwork experience while working with design, marketing, technology and company leaders * Strong knowledge of Internet technologies, social media, Search Engine Optimizaition (SEO), email and design techniques
