We’re looking for a self-driven individual who is ready to dig deep into business needs and will be able to translate those needs to our BI engineers and data analysts. Business leaders and project managers will rely on your knowledge and experience in workflow diagramming, databases, process improvement and functional testing to ensure the reporting we produce is what the business needs. This individual must think outside of the box, be willing to piece different areas of the business together, and clearly communicate better solutions to our needs.

* Learn and understand our growing business and technology * Create report mockups and prototypes to gain approval for changes * Create the business specification documents based on your analysis * Translate business needs into technical documents for BI Engineers and data analysts to produce changes * Test reports and tools for quality to ensure they meet business needs and provide accurate data * Use web reporting tools to answer business questions * Prepare user-training documents and keep them current

* Minimum of an associate degree in business management, computer science, information technology or equivalent work experience * Two years of experience writing business/software specification documentation * Two years of experience in data analysis and/or market research * Experience creating user documentation, training users and providing technical assistance * Experience using programs such as MS Visio and MS Excel to create prototypes * Ability to complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal direction * Love of data and ability to use data to find answers * Passion to seek out new challenges and growth opportunities * Excellent oral and written communication skills for a wide audience
