The Quicken Loans Servicing Team is actively pursuing an energetic individual with a strong desire for growth and a passion for persuasion. The Account Advisor will make and receive phone calls addressing early delinquencies of QL serviced clients. Candidates must have a passion for client engagement and experience in the art of communication.

• Accept delinquent payments and work with clients to avoid serious delinquency or foreclosure
• Identify and resolve problem areas within loan servicing which have resulted in delinquencies, incorrect posting of payments, clients contesting tax or insurance bills
• Review delinquent clients to solve complex payment issues, including the collection of overdue payments, corporate advances and fees
• Assist clients in resolving delinquency and avoiding foreclosure
• Provide financial package information and initial guidance to mortgagor for potential upcoming actions including forbearance and deed and lieu

• Previous mortgage experience
• Strong desire to work in a high-paced environment
• Excellent communication, client service and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines
• Ability to work confidently and effectively with internal and external clients
