Growing carrier is seeking a top notch Inside Sales Manager for the state of Florida to be based in St. Petersburg. This person will be aggressively developing and maintaining agency/broker relationships and building a profitable book of personal lines homeowners and commercial lines business.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales/business development of personal and commercial lines insurance with an insurance carrier.
• Must possess the ability to initiate and cultivate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions (and listen to the answers) and grow a diverse group of insurance agents.
• No travel required.
