Health Data Analyst - SQL/SSRS

* Analyze clinical outcomes data in support of clinical quality and/or process improvement initiatives. * Gather data on performance metrics to facilitate review of program effectiveness. * As part of the analytics team, assist with the design and application of effective data analytic methodologies and program solutions. * Evaluate patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. * Contribute to the standardization of processes to produce reports, including documentation of operating procedures.

**Required Skills** * Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency * Proficiency with SQL and SSRS (Knowledge Base) and/or SAS for data mining * Proficiency with manipulation and analysis of large data sets, report automation using Excel and Access, development of effective data visualizations and graphics * BA / BS in a related field * MA / MS in a related field preferred * Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted **Required Experience** * At least 4 years of related systems and/or technical support experience that includes report design and data analysis * Statistical, research, and/or benchmarking analytical experience preferred * Healthcare experience preferred
