Summary
The social media assistant position within the CRK Advertising group will support the development, execution and analysis of content intended for global and regional Calvin Klein social media properties.
Responsibilities
* Support in the ideation and development of content calendars for all owned global social media properties, in collaboration with Creative, PR, eCommerce, regional marketing teams and licensee partners * Review and revision of content calendars provided from regional and licensee teams in alignment with defined brand voice and style guidelines * Develop creative briefs in alignment with global and regional content calendars and execute to completion in collaboration with Project Management and Creative team lead * Management of all necessary review/approval of global and regional content calendars (including assets) within the Digital Marketing team, as well as with Creative, PR, licensee and senior leadership teams * Publish content in accordance with approved content calendar to all owned social media platforms * Monitor fan/follower comments on owned channels for spam and customer service requests; manage necessary responses with customer service team * Assist in the compilation and distribution of monthly and campaign social reporting internally * Assist with managing budgets and processing social media invoices * Maintenance of admin users and passwords across owned social media properties * Ongoing ideation of new content concepts in response to fan/follower engagement behaviors, industry trends, new technologies, etc.
Ideal Candidate
**Experience** * 1-3 years of digital/social marketing experience, preferably within the apparel/retail/fashion industries * Experience with content creation and management across social media platforms * Understanding of, and ability to communicate the Calvin Klein brand voice and aesthetic **Education** BA in the marketing/communications, advertising and related fields **Skills** * Extraordinary communications and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail * Passion for the brand and industry * Passion for media, technology and popular culture, with an understanding of existing and emerging social networks. Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as posting, blogging, etc. * Strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills required; positive, energetic, empathetic and open-minded * Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines in a demanding environment * Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency * Experience with social media and project management tools is a plus (e.g. Percolate, Sysomos, Sprinklr, etc.)
