Senior Sales Marketing Manager

We're seeking a full-time digital senior sales marketing manager. We're looking for someone who can work in the New York City office and has a minimum of 3-4 years digital media marketing experience with a top performance record. This candidate should be a self-starter, an entrepreneur-in-residence who understands the online marketing/advertising industry. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for popular styles and trends.
- Working closely with Sales and Sales Marketing teams to participate in ideation and development of marketing programs/platforms, both proactively and in response to RFPs
- Assisting in RFP response process, including working closely with Sales, Sales Marketing and Creative Services teams to help develop proposals and manage deadlines
- Working closely with Sales Marketing and Creative Services team to develop, update and maintain sales materials, sell sheets and media kit materials
- Assisting with development and execution of custom digital/mobile marketing programs, including strong communication with Production, Edit and Creative teams
- Helping with design and creation of comps and proposals
- Assistance in writing proposals including clear and compelling descriptions of custom advertising proposals
- Assistance in all aspects of event planning and execution, for both sold advertiser programs and client entertaining events
- Maintain database of all programs proposed, sold and executed, including relevant success metrics
- Assist in creation of program overviews at the conclusion of each campaign
- Keep media kit and sell sheets updated with the latest audience data and creative assets
- Work closely with Creative team to develop and maintain portfolio of images and templates
- Maintaining communication with Production, Edit, and Creative Services to help manage Sales Marketing projects, including setting deadlines, understanding production process and capabilities and managing expectations of Sales team
- Assist in development and execution of audience research surveys
- Maintain database of audience research
- Position requires a team player with excellent creative/strategic thinking and writing skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of digital and/or print promotion/merchandising experience required
- Experience developing integrated marketing programs (digital, mobile, events etc.)
- Excellent MAC skills. Knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Interest in and knowledge about new technologies and vendors (mobile, live stream, high-impact digital units, e-commerce, social media)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually as needed
- Knowledge of In-Design, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop a plus
