* Thoroughly analyze data from various sources to identify and interpret patterns and trends that help Pure Storage recruit, retain and grow the very best talent. * Formulate different data sets into executive dashboards, presentations, and reports. * Create employee surveys to capture critical information pertaining to employee engagement at Pure Storage. * Render data analysis that can provide predictive statistics that can help drive HR decisions. * Work with stakeholders to rectify gaps in data that are identified through periodic data audits. * Provide strong metrics around HR effectiveness.

* 2-3+ years of data collection, mining, reporting and process analysis * 1-3+ years of experience of building impactful reports and dashboards using major BI toolsets with an emphasis on Excel, and Chart IO * Data analysis, with experience in database querying (SQL). * Proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively * Possess the maturity to handle sensitive information and make sound decisions * Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results * Ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients * Well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with strong analytic skills * Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management, external & internal
