Quality Analyst for Digital

The ideal candidate must display excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position requires the analyst to implement and standardize workflows across all testing methodologies. This role will work with the account management team to ensure that assets are properly entered into the project management tracking system, with applicable information for proofing and testing prior to starting tasks. The analyst will also work with the traffic team to ensure a balance of work is being planned and partitioned for the QA group.

* Lead QA efforts through test planning, test case creation, and test case execution * Proof digital art for grammar and spelling, as well as layout according to documentation * Provide standards for QA and Proofing functions, lead group to meet standards * Work manually and through automated tools to test functionality across devices, operating systems, and browsers for all web-based work products * Work directly with creative artists and developers to ensure that proper feedback is given, as needed.

* BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent. * Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. * The ability to communicate and teach non-technical users a must. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work additional hours as needed. * Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines. * Experience working as part of a software development cycle including interfacing and coordinating work in the development, testing, and production environments. * Exposure and experience with Agile Development/methodology preferred
