Summary
PureRED is looking for a Digital Operations Manager to ensure delivery and quality of all assets through efficient trafficking, workflow, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate must display excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position requires the leader to implement and standardize workflows across all digital disciplines and clients. This role will work with the account management team to ensure that assets are properly entered into the project management tracking system, with an eye on standardizing the effective workflows within the tool and Traffic Department. The Digital Operations Manager is also responsible for the quality of deliverables by managing the Quality Assurance Team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and Manage employees in the QA, Traffic, and Project Management departments * Administer and advocate for the new task management tool, Workfront, across the department and all PR facilities * Lead a company-wide task force to onboard all applicable workflows to Workfront tool * Define, document, and evaluate all existing workflows across disciplines and clients, creating a standard for the department and company * Work with leaders and employees across the department and company to ensure that digital deliverables are at the highest levels for quality and efficiency * Lead traffic department to standardize and create efficiency for distribution of work within the department * Create a schedule and future outlook on weekly work within the department for creating a cadence of regularly scheduled work * Report on existing projects and tasks to management, providing feedback to all account teams * Provide standards for QA and Proofing functions, lead group to meet standards
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent. * Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. * The ability to communicate and teach non-technical users a must. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work additional hours as needed. * Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines. * Experience working as part of a software development cycle including interfacing and coordinating work in the development, testing, and production environments. * Exposure and experience with Agile Development/methodology preferred
