Summary
As a Human Resources (People) Intern you'll be involved in various areas of HR and work directly with HR team members on areas such as recruiting, HRIS maintenance, benefits, and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Source and recruit for open jobs * Manage job postings and assist in the reviewing of applications * Gain an understanding of benefits and reporting * Understand compliance standards within the HR department * Organize and manage various special projects related to recruiting and hiring
Ideal Candidate
* Desire to learn new technologies and methodologies * Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail * Self-directed, flexible, can keep your cool in a rapidly changing environment and still deliver on all assignments * Excellent interpersonal skills * Superior communications skills, both written and verbal * Strong planning and execution skills * Must be enrolled in a HR or related program either undergraduate or graduate

Additional Notes on Compensation

The internship program runs from June-August and is a paid opportunity at $12/hr up to 25 hours a week.
