We are looking for an Android Developer with the chops to bring all the excitement we offer to our customers’ Android devices while shaping the future of playing and winning in the Mobile age. This Android Developer will be working in our Boston Studio, working with other talented, creative team members with a passion to build cutting-edge Mobile entertainment products for our growing list of over 110 million engaged “PCHers” (our customers).

**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. * Work with outside data sources and PCH Mobile app API’s * Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. * Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. * Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

**Required Skills/Experience:** * BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject * Experienced application developer with launched products for Android (preferably games in the Google Play Store) * At least 5 years of professional programming experience * At least 3 years of Java Android programming experience required * Desired proficiencies: C/C++/Objective-C, iOS, Java POJO, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS * Experience coding and maintaining Android SDKs is also highly desirable. * Expertise at Mobile optimization / best practices * Working knowledge of the Android ecosystem * Experience developing on Android architecture * Experience with object-oriented design and implementation * Experience with source code management in a collaborative environment * Experience with Android SDK creation / management * Ability to quickly learn complex systems and new technologies * Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies * Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
