Loan Verification Manager

Our Phoenix office is in need of Manager for Loan Verification. This individual will monitor the daily operations of a loan verification team to ensure performance and quality metrics are met.

* Coach, counsel and sets goal * Support specialists in their efforts for growth and development * Conduct loan level quality review of process and decisions made by agents * Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to improve performance * Participate in the hiring and training specialist * Provide input into incentive plan * Identify issues and drive process improvement * Create productive and enjoyable working environment that fosters teamwork and individual excellence

* 3+ years operational management experience in consumer financial services * Experience managing loan processing, underwriting, or general loan operations * Bachelor degree preferred * Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Manage variety of roles to assist the department achieve goals * Proficient in MS Office suite, system applications, * Ability to work at fast pace - must be ready and motivated to learn the processes quickly and help build a growing business
