Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting application lifestyle projects utilizing commercial, open source, and custom-developed software.

* Works closely with teams to gather, analyze, and document business cases, functional and technical requirements, and process flow diagrams for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users. * Participates in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management. * Interprets business needs and technical requirements into an integrated solution, providing direction for system enchantments and defect fixes. * Manages UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff. * Manages relationships with multiple teams for new solution features and technical support. * Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams. * Occasionally manages the delivery of projects, including project plans, status meetings, progress reports and initiation/closure activities. * Creates, delivers, and presents end-user training materials to users throughout the organization. * Occasionally assists with management/change control of systems.

**Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field, plus 3 years’ experience with manipulating data and preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and detailed gap analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Experience with technologies/applications specific to functional area. * Prior experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes and writing requirements specifications for Information Systems. * Experience working on projects with offshore teams. * Experience in project conceptualization and planning. * Ability to successfully complete complex technical projects. * Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic development environment. * Commitment to a disciplined methodological approach, while also possessing the ability to work in very dynamic environments. * Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation and may require collaboration across multiple technical teams. **Ancillary Qualifications:** * Master’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field. * Experience in a cloud environment.
