Customer Service Call Center Representative – Claims or Policy Services

For our Customer Service Reps it’s all about helping others. We’re looking for people with stellar communication skills and a knack for problem-solving to join our call center team and support our customers. We’ll provide you with training and a solid base of insurance knowledge so that you can feel confident you’re providing the best possible service. Whether you’re helping our customers understand their policy coverage or filing a claim after an accident, you’ll be that voice of Progressive. You’ll have the support of a collaborative team, which includes ongoing coaching and development and some pretty cool perks.

* Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers, and resolving those needs effectively and efficiently * Educate customers on our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities to sell additional products * Help customers with insurance needs like adding/deleting vehicles and drivers from policies, or processing renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments * Care for customers who’ve been in an accident, and provide rental car and tow service

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or 1 year relevant work experience. Work or educational experience must include: • Experience with customer service, sales, and or influencing others • Fast paced and changing environment • Multitasking and time management skills • Effective communication and computer skills
