Centralized Support Representative - PD Follow up

As a Centralized Support Representative, you'll have the important role of expediting the collection process of a claim. You'll gather evidence such as record statements, police reports and scene investigations for subrogation or arbitration.

* Making outbound calls to customers, vendors and other insurance carriers for the status of claims and documenting your findings. * Corresponding with customers, vendors and other insurance carriers via email for the status of claims, then documenting your findings. * Retrieving claim and contact information from Progressive systems/databases and internet searches.

* High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one year of work experience * Excellent customer service experience * Strong communication skills * Ability to operate a personal computer including the following software/systems: email and Microsoft Office * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Ability to successfully learn and perform multiple tasks associated with different job functions
