As a Call Center Supervisor in our Riverview location, you'll play a key role in impacting the experience of our policyholders. Managing a large team of call center professionals (typically 15+ employees), you'll support our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll oversee the workflow of your team, handle decisions around employment needs and compensation, and monitor the department budget. Using your leadership and extensive coaching experience (preferably in a call center setting), you'll help your team develop professionally.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 1 year leadership or coaching experience * 3-5 years of call center experience with a solid understanding of the environment * Excellent communication skills: written and verbal * Excellent leadership skills * Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize * Intermediate PC skills with a working knowledge of spreadsheets * Ability to take and pass the Property & Casualty 20-44 licensing exam
