We are looking for an all-star, Creative Designer and Web Developer! Candidates should have a knack for creating delightful user interfaces. You will be responsible for the design and creation of our websites including interaction, interface and visual design as well as developing the UI using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Semantics UI. You will experiment with cutting edge techniques and implement the best web technology into our product. The ideal candidate is an expert in UI/UX design and web development as well as experienced with both print and digital marketing. * Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphics with a strong visual design element * Develop rich web interfaces and maintain front-end code (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript) * Creation of promotional material, including the design and development of flyers, posters, email campaigns, social media advertising, trade show material, as well as the design and management of larger projects and campaigns * Responsible for all the company’s corporate branding and ensuring all materials including the website messaging is fresh, consistent with corporate branding guidelines, and enhances user engagement/conversion * Plan, execute, implement and measure PDS’ digital marketing strategies and campaigns working closely with the Sales team * Create and manage the development of new digital marketing assets related to our upcoming, new software product release * Build and manage prospect and customer lists within PDS’ email marketing and CRM system * Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics such as website traffic, online conversion opportunities, sponsored search ROI and keyword search, comparing data to historical benchmarks and providing strategic recommendations * General maintenance and updates to our corporate website and online brand & media center via our CMS (Content Management System) * Remain current with digital marketing trends and best practices * Understand and implement best practices for website design/user experience, search engine optimization and sponsored search * Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere and develop new ideas adapting to evolving user needs

* 3-5+ years of experience in a design or marketing role * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design * Deep experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantics UI, Foundation, Pure etc. * Expert-level proficiency coding HTML and CSS; intimate knowledge of cross-browser challenges and developing CSS-driven layouts * Demonstrated success leading digital marketing projects and campaigns * Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on both print and web based software * Strong visual skills and ability to translate ideas and concepts * Knowledge of SEO best practices * Excellent writing and communication skills * Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks * Strong problem solving skills and ability to be self sufficient * Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word * Experience with Javascript, AJAX, Modern JS Frameworks, and developing Single Page Applications **Desired Skills & Experience:** * Experience with email marketing a strong asset * Marketing background an asset * Tradeshow preparation an asset * Experience with video production and working knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere *
