Princeton Information is looking for Accounts Payable. Who can Focus on making payments.

* Issuing of payments via ACH, ACH tax payments, Credit Cards, Sales & Use, Wire and Checks * Monitoring and reissuing of payment returns * Interpreting banking instructions to make successful payments * Busy, high volume accounts payable hub. Process payments for the Americas (Latin Am, Canada, US). * Also make tax payments via host-to-host and manual wire payments. * Process 500 invoices a month with a small team * Enter payment directly into the bank * HClient, JP Morgan

* Minimum five years accounts payable experience * Focus on making payments * Want someone who can read the baking and interpret it into a payment. Someone who has made tax payments via banking portals * Need good communication over the phone. * Strong written skills as well. * Need experience with Oracle 11i * Oracle R12 experience a plus as they are migrating to this system in October * Spanish or Portuguese speaking a bonus, not required
