Princeton Information is looking for Accounts Payable. Who can Focus on making payments.

• Issuing of payments via ACH, ACH tax payments, Credit Cards, Sales & Use, Wire and Checks

• Monitoring and reissuing of payment returns

• Interpreting banking instructions to make successful payments

• Busy, high volume accounts payable hub. Process payments for the Americas (Latin Am, Canada, US).

• Also make tax payments via host-to-host and manual wire payments.

• Process 500 invoices a month with a small team

• Enter payment directly into the bank

• HClient, JP Morgan

• Minimum five years accounts payable experience

• Focus on making payments

• Want someone who can read the baking and interpret it into a payment. Someone who has made tax payments via banking portals

• Need good communication over the phone.

• Strong written skills as well.

• Need experience with Oracle 11i

• Oracle R12 experience a plus as they are migrating to this system in October

• Spanish or Portuguese speaking a bonus, not required
