ERP Systems Analyst

Practichem manufactures scientific instrumentation for pharmaceutical research laboratories. With offices near RTP, NC and Madison, WI, Practichem creates technologies to simplify chemical analysis and make data widely available.

Practichem's scientific instruments accelerate research and bring scientists together. As a Systems Analyst, you will listen to your team, then integrate business operations into ERP. Along with a great team of software, mechanical & electrical engineers, you'll be creating a super system to actually make great products here in the USA. You're expected to have mastered ERP concepts. You must already know how you believe ERP should run. You will be implementing. This means you will be writing code. You will also be operating under test-driven development and peer code reviews. You'll be working primarily with Linux servers and PostgreSQL databases.

- Take ownership of Practichem's business systems, including ERP and all manufacturing equipment connectors. - Be the link between business process needs and technical resources. Dig into inefficiencies and trouble spots. - Create a long range systems road map. Monitor our future needs and make sure your systems are ready. - Manage teams. - Associate's or a Bachelor's degree - Manufacturing operations and inventory control experience - Track record showing discipline and direction. - Ability to write code, especially in Python. - Of course, you must have a deep desire to make great new things **Extra experience counts, too!** - Familiarity with a research lab environment, especially pharmaceutical research
