Inbound Customer Service Representative II

Responsibilities:

• The PNC Customer Care Center is responsible for sales/service delivery of PNC Bank products and services by means of inbound and outbound customer contact and conversations.

• Conversations with customers can take place through various channels, such as phone, email, and internet.

• The PNC Customer Care Center is the first line of contact for customers and as such is responsible for providing exceptional customer sales and service while exemplifying PNC's brand of Ease, Confidence, and Achievement.

• Communicates directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests.

• The Consultant utilizes skills and expertise to execute various service and sales processes through defined procedures, established policies, and their own robust knowledge base.

• This position is responsible for customer satisfaction and retention through accurate and thorough processing, efficient problem solving resolution, exhibiting empathy when appropriate, and effective service partner assistance.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience is required
