Script Developer

HRA/MIS is required to support the FIA initiative to re-engineer the business processes at the more than 40 SNAP and Job center locations. The mission is to develop a client self-directed service model that would improve customer service while maintaining integrity, by utilizing technology and simplifying existing business processes.

• Designing, developing, and executing test scripts.
• Developing Test plan & Test case documents, Perform Functional, Integration & Regression.
• Preparing load test plan develop and execute load test plan.
• Maintaining and updating the test plan with tests in progress.
• Implementing and monitoring test plan to perform end to end functional testing.
• Discussing the test outcomes with design and development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 4+ years of experience with automated testing tool. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience writing and executing system test automation for large integrated system.
• 4+ years of experience coordinating the modular system testing with QA group.
• 4+ years of experience developing test scripts for complex system.
• Experience with Load testing using tools like QTP (Quality Test Professional), Win Runner, Load Runner.
• Ability to analyze results and find bottlenecks.
• Ability to create "ad-hoc" tests to exploit areas of suspect performance.
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
