HRA/MIS is required to support the FIA initiative to re-engineer the business processes at the more than 40 SNAP and Job center locations. The mission is to develop a client self-directed service model that would improve customer service while maintaining integrity, by utilizing technology and simplifying existing business processes.

* Developing system design specification, developing system documentation, performing system design and coding. * Developing and preparing documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security standards. * Creating, testing and maintaining program code. * Designing reports, audit trails, security mechanisms * Performing general programming assistance to other MIS programmers/projects as may be needed.

* Bachelor ’s degree in related field with 10+ years of experience with writing application software data analysis, and data access. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered. * 10+ years of experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation. * 10+ years of experience with technical and user documentation, software conversions. * 10+ years of experience leading in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. * Ability to effectively work in a team environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
