Planet Interactive is in search of a Technical Writer for one of our top clients. Our client is experiencing explosive growth and is looking to hire the best. The ideal Technical Writer is an individual who collaborates well, but is also able to self-manage their workload. This individual should be able to adapt well to change in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. This individual must engage with the following individuals/teams in order to ensure cohesive and thorough documentation: Development, QA, Project Management, Marketing, and customers. We are looking for someone with a great technical writing background.

* Drive the development and maintenance product documentation in a timely fashion and to the highest quality standards. * Authoring and maintaining product release notes * Managing, authoring, and editing online help documentation. * Manage the Community which fosters accessibility to official documentation, knowledge base articles, and community-generated content that provides world-class access for customers, partners, and prospects. * Manage learning management system (LMS), and tutorial videos. * Manage internal resources to plan and create documentation standards, systems, and content. * Contribute directly to content creation and curation, when necessary. * Identify the needs for new and revised content via internal and external research.
