We're looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer that wants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is comfortable making architecture decisions alone, working within our team, and smiles at the thought of writing tests!
Our stack includes Ruby, Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, Memcached, Redis, Sidekiq and we prefer generalists who have lots of successes at every layer of the stack.
- Building and maintaining features critical to a high-value marketplace
- Maintaining a high quality codebase
- Committing bug free, test covered code - everyday
- Collaborating directly with the Product and Business teams

- Have strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and strength in all the Rails fundamentals
- Are proficient with PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Heroku and AWS
- Would rather spend your time solving problems than architecting systems
- Are comfortable with rapid experimentation
- Have 3+ years programming experience
