Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer you will support customers, field engineers, and call center agents deploying, supporting, or using integrated business solutions in North America. * Drive success of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support agents via training, floor support and knowledge creation * Own internal technical escalations through to resolution, working with Product Analysts and Engineering as needed * Design, develop, and deploy custom software interfaces and middleware to maximize customer value through workflow optimization * Possess and maintain required knowledge and skill in applicable industries and technologies; quickly acquire knowledge and develop competence to develop and deploy customer support integrated software solutions * Monitor client hold times and field inbound calls as needed

**Qualifications and Experience:** * Degree in computer related industry or equivalent experience * Creative ability to develop solutions meeting customer requirements * Proven success in implementation support and software application support * Technical training for end users and support staff * Application development languages * ASP.Net, C++, XML, HTML, VBA, VBScript * Database experience, preferably MS SQL Server 2005 and above **Certification, Training, and Qualification Preferences:** * Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain knowledge * SendSuite Live™ and other Distribution Solutions * North American Transportation / Logistics domain knowledge * Cross-platform and customer infrastructure integrations to PB solutions
