As a Senior Digital Designer for EngageOne® Video at Pitney Bowes, you thrive on designing and communicating the creative and technical possibilities of personalized video in a way that inspires and excites. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their values and branding in order to successfully design and execute creative, interactive video campaigns.

In this role, you’ll join our EngageOne® Video (EOV) North American Practice team and report to the Director of Services – EOV. You may work remotely from a home office, although should be located on the eastern coast of U.S. with the ability to travel. You’ll be responsible for:

• Pre-production, production and post-production phases of project creations, including developing concepts, storyboarding and editing new video projects, and/or adapting client/external agency supplied video.
• Learning how to use our proprietary web-based personalized video platform to create dynamic interactive video projects.
• Designing landing pages for interactive video campaigns, as well as designing email templates.
• Defining and capturing customer requirements.
• Understanding overall project complexities and executing deliverables against the project plan.
• Working closely with Project Managers and the extended team, including leading and advising other designers, clients, and external creative teams.
• Parterning with the Creative Director to ensure that the creative execution meets the client expectations and is within the EOV platform capabilities to deliver on overall project requirements/objectives.
• Maintaining creative project ownership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a portfolio to demonstrate creative skills
• Passion for design and the ability to relay this passion to colleagues and clients
• Ability to develop and execute outstanding interactive design concepts
• Recent experience in using Adobe After Effects to create video
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage and develop client relationships
• Team player, easy to talk to, happy to ‘muck in’, ambitious, passionate and honest

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a Scripting language such as ActionScript / JavaScript
• Audio processing experience, preferably having used Adobe Audition
• Knowledge of expressions, scripting, or automation within After Effects
