Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll join our team (work can based out of Danbury, CT or NYC) and report to the Director of Product Security. You will be responsible for:

  • Architecting cutting edge payment solutions for new product offerings
  • Maintain expert knowledge in the payment field and the related to security, availability, performance, processes, products, and services.
  • Assess new payment technologies to provide client solutions, maintain quality, and meet cost objectives
  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of a product line strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop detailed specifications for new features and enhancements
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least seven years of payment architecture experience
  • Expert knowledge in payments including block chaining, tokenization, security, fraud detection, back office implementations, emerging technologies, and payment solutions used in both North America and International markets
  • At least five years of development experience with substantial code delivered in a payment production environment in C, C++ or Java with API’s
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with different disciplines

Nice to haves:

  • AWS Experience
  • Apigee API Management Experience
  • MS degree preferred
