Marketing Designer/Creative Director

We at Pipedrive are blessed to have one co-founder with a design background. This has helped to make sure design is not an afterthought and to maintain a consistent (and not half bad) look in the app, on our site and marketing materials. Over time the design to-do-list has steadily grown and we’re now looking for a marketing designer / interactive producer (with the prospect of becoming our creative director very soon down the line) to join our marketing team in our New York office.

- Initially we expect you to get your hands dirty and create beautiful design deliverables for web mostly, but also for email, social, performance marketing ads, PR, in-app communication, print, video and other channels. - In not-so-distant future we'd like you to transition into a Creative Director role. You'll play a prominent role in creating a consistent visual/brand language that can be used across Pipedrive's marketing channels globally. - You'll create brand and design guidelines for partners and agencies that we are collaborating with. - Going forward you'll create and lead our brand team. - All in all, we expect you to play a prominent role in helping Pipedrive to grow and make the creative experience for our customers and prospective customers, outstanding.

- 5+ years experience and a portfolio that showcases gorgeous design work - Proven experience across multiple disciplines of design including web, creatives (banners etc), print, and graphic design. - Someone who will push the bounds of our marketing creatively. - A strong opinion, yet able to have open, direct and respectful conversations about other points of view HTML/CSS skills for email and basic web page development - An ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines - Startup and/or global scale experience preferred (experience with disparate and/or international teams a plus)
