At PillPack, we use data to understand our customers and tell stories about their experiences. As a Marketing Analyst, you will work with our product and marketing teams to develop, test, and analyze new efforts to increase customer growth and brand awareness about PillPack. You will play a key role, through turning unstructured and raw data into insights about customers, to drive decision making about our marketing efforts and media campaigns.
- Design and build analytics tools, dashboards and reports for our product and marketing teams
- Develop insights to drive key decisions for our business around understanding and maximizing the value of a customer
- Drive software product decisions for feature development and prioritization to address improvement opportunities
- Connect and generate insights out of disparate primary and third party sources
- You love working with data and you understand that to make data usable, it must be understandable
- BS or MS in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Math, or Statistics
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience with SQL, as well as data analysis and visualization, a major plus
- Experience with marketing or BI tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Chartio and data analysis software such as R, Stata, SAS, Python (pandas) a plus
- Understanding of core statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, A/B testing and confidence intervals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize key findings
- Comfortable working as both part of a high-performing, diverse team and as an independent performer
